We can perform Rush Orders with a 1-2 business day turn around time, depending on scheduling. No Rush Order fee is charged. Rush Orders are not always available due to existing workloads.

We consider performing Rush Orders a level of service that we like to provide to our loyal clients. We will perform a Rush Order for new clients; however we expect to receive your regular appraisal work in addition to your Rush Orders. If every order that you place with us is a Rush Order we will most likely decline future assignments. Rush Orders should be used sparingly since they are generally placed in front other pre-existing orders.
